Registration fee includes i) admission to all sessions and plenaries of BRACIS and all collocated events; ii) conference materials; iii) coffee breaks. Lunches are not included in the registration.
The conference gala dinner will take place on the 30th November 2022 at the Espaço Barão Eventos (https://www.espacobarao.com.br/).
Registration + SBC Membership. This category refers to a discounted rate applied when registering to the event and becoming a member of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC).
This category was created intending to make these two benefits cheaper than purchasing each one separately, being the most advantageous option to whom is not an SBC member yet.
Student fees (GRADUATE and UNDERGRADUATE) are available only for students who are enrolled in a higher education institution as an undergraduate or graduate student (Ph.D or Master). Proof of student status containing affiliation, attendee’s name, enrollment course, and current date must be shown upon request. Failure to present such a proof document will imply paying the difference for Professional registration category (with no discount). Student fee does not apply to postdocs.

Papers accepted in KDMiLe must be registered before October 30th.
If you have more than 2 papers accepted in BRACIS, ENIAC, and KDMiLe, you must pay the Extra Paper Fee for each paper beyond the second.
Cancellation policy
Up to 11/20/2022, 70% of the amount paid for registration in BRACIS 2022 can be refunded. After this date, no amount paid will be refunded. The policy applies to both unsubscribing and canceling any additional activities. To request cancellation, send a request to invoicing@sbc.org.br.
